Unable to progress in main story quest line

Recently, I hit level 20, and completed the first two main story dungeon crawl quests for Sastasha and Tam- Tara Deepcroft. I read up online that the next dungeon in the series of quests it for the Copperbell mines, but when I went to Momodi in Ul'dah, she has no quest for me. I have completed the first two dungeons several times to make sure I knew they were done, but to no avail. Until this is fixed, I am unable to progress through the main story.

Who is the last NPC you spoke to when you completed the last Main Scenario Quest?
Chances are that this NPC will give you the next quest too, considering you mention Tam-Tara Deepcroft as your latest expedition it's probably Mother Miounne in Gridania you need to speak to first, and Momodi after that.
