    I hate this ready check popup. It ruins my opening preparation all the time. What's the point using this feature in 24 man raid? Nobody's gonna wait if people are not ready. Just pull the boss for god sake.

    ...And then ozma is pulled with a tank not in the arena, causing a near certain wipe(though I have seen a two good healers carry their party through it)on its cube phase.
