I am a returning player. If i remember well my last login was around 2013-2014

I started lvling my arcanist class in order to familiarize myself with the game. At some point i tried to summon one of my mounts but i got "unauthorized to summon mount". I have done arcanists class quests up to lvl20 and in the past i had no problem using mount. Even on my main BLM class, i am unable to use mounts.

I then tried on my main class to continue my main story so i can have access to the heavensward classes but i was unable to use airship services, and had no indication on my logs about where to go or who should i speak to, in order to continue the main story quest

You can't summon mounts inside cities.

Other than that, check your Journal, see what the last Main Story Quest you completed was, and google where to go from there if you really can't find the next quest NPC. It's probably in the Waking Sands in Western Thanalan, though.

I don't feel this should be in bug reports.

I am unable to access GC Maelstrom quests as npc dont recognise that i have joined them and done quests for them in the past also all my GC points are now 0

Maybe it something to do with my char transfering through Sixth Astral Era to latest updates? ' (it was created in 2012)

Nothing in Journal? Created in 2012? Then it sounds like you have a Legacy character from FFXIV 1.0.

That explains a few things, then. You have a brand new storyline to complete then, and even if you have a higher-leveled character than other new players, you'll have to complete class quests and unlock mounts, airships and all that stuff all over again. A Realm Reborn is essentially a new game, even if some information from 1.0 was carried over.

In Limsa Lominsa, you get the first few storyline quests from Baderon in The Drowning Wench (Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks).
In Ul'dah, you get the first few storyline quests from Momodi in the Quicksand (Ul'dah Steps of Nald).
In Gridania, you get the first few storyline quests from Mother Miounne in the Carline Canopy (New Gridania).

One of these people, depending on you starting city (you list a level 50 BLM which means Ul'dah but say you're in Limsa at the moment), will point you in the right direction and get you on your way to unlock everything. I wasn't a legacy player myself so I don't know how much your story quest line differs from my own, though. Essentially, just look around the city you're in and try to find an NPC with a flaming quest icon above their head. That'll be what you want.

i will give it a shot as soon as server is up. I have several classes lvled up and as i am a casual nowadays so i didnt want to lose the progress on the char so ye. I will try to do what you said although so far in limsa havent seen any flaming quests. I will report back as soon as i have some feedback

Sounds good. If BLM was indeed you first job, it may be that you need to get to Ul'dah to continue the story quests. There's a ferry from Limsa's Lower Decks (near the Arcanist Guild) to Vesper Bay, which is in Western Thanalan. You can walk to Ul'dah from there, won't take long. This is of course assuming that ferries are unlocked from the start, which I'm not sure about.

But then if the game put you in Limsa to begin with, that should be where your questline begins. As I say, legacy stuff is confusing.

I cannot use limsas ferry to reach Vesper Bay either so i guess i am kinda trapped and isolated by the quests.
My char might need some checking or at least some...teleport to Ul'dah or Gridania so i can check there.

Okay, so I checked this page for your character, and it says your city-state is indeed Limsa Lominsa. So you're in the right place, and I can see in your Achievements that you've completed the quest "The Lominsan Envoy" which is the one that gives you airship access. You haven't got "Mapping the Realm: Sastasha" though which means your character hasn't got the first dungeon unlocked. So I'm guessing you need to take the airship (it should be unlocked, there's an elevator attendant in the Lower Decks that'll take you to it) to Ul'dah, and do this quest.

I suggest checking your Journal again and looking in the Completed tab, find your last completed quest and see what's next on Gamerescape.
