Magic Bucket = Pure of RNG?

Things make me rage with this minion is when there's person who just come and fishing beside me... And suddenly this person after some cast got big pull and caught Magic Bucket! RNG at it's finest huh?

i can see: you are not a fisher^^ the magic bucket is pretty easy to catch. i wish it was way harder, a worthy reward for a REAL fisher. but nope, every guy with a fishing rod can catch it within a few hours. and even then they are complaining...
