Do you think they will announce 4.0 for E3 ?

Since we will get a new expansion each year, Heavenswards was there for the E3 2015, plus we know FFXIV will be present this year too.
And we also know that the opening cinematic was on work since the last summer.
What do you think ?

Personally, I think they will tease it, just with a cinematic, not new jobs or anything else, just a little tease

Well we are entering the Prologue for 4.0 storyline in 3.4 and 3.5 now that the Book is closed for Heavensward Arc.

It would not be a surprise if they have some kind of trailer/teaser ready for E3 since we are only 2 Major patch away from 4.0.

Probably not. I think they are saving Expansion details for Fan Fest later this year.
They will most likely show deep dungeon at E3

maybe that's in 4.0? if they stop heavensward at 3.55 and the next expansion is 4.0 when we fight the empire at their home base.

Probably not sadly since the next patch is probably a year away. Assuming HW ends with 3.55 and just over 3 months between patches then 3.55 will probably be out end of January next year and if there's a 5 month gap between the last patch and next expansion as there was for HW we are looking at May/June next year for 4.0.

Since FFXV is there, maybe a showcase of the inevitable event? Cause it looks like XV is the huge main focus at E3 and its understandable why. A little more about 4.0 would be sweet though.

They'll show us Deep Dungeon and probably a sneek peak on what's coming in 3.4.

4.0 probably won't have much info out until November I'd say. E3 is this week so we will probably get Palace of the Dead previews, which I'd say is out for release in July. With the rest of 3.0 wrapping up in maybe November or December. Given if July is 3.4 that leaves them 3-4 months to close up HW.
