So.. What happened to those Side quest Stories?

Long ago we were prommise that we could have more quests regarding the Doman kids on Mor dhona and a continuation about the Ixals ( common the deserve to know they true origins )

What happened? It seems to be abandoned.

Probably a later thing.

The Doman kids might be playing a role leading up to the 4.0 story now that the focus is going to shift away from Ishgard.

As for the Ixal, the devs did say that they weren't planning on adding any more beast tribes for the 3.x series. They never said anything about not adding a continuation of a previous tribe.

I expect we'll see the Doman kids again in 3.5, after getting the final Lanner from Sophia... I fully expect that mention of Valefor to be foreshadowing for 3.0s version of Kirin...
