Perhaps it's based on a priority system. Like people who are still subscribed for 2 years straight (including the qualifying dates) get the first wave and people who been subscribed for 1 year are in the second wave.
Probably not considering I haven't let my subscription lapse since the start of 2.0 (well technically sometime in 1.0). Either way I contacted support, they are still sending out emails. The rep said if we don't receive emails in the next few days to recontact them, I asked if Sunday was a good day to start contacting them again and they said yes.
