I too have not gotten mine. I have been subbed nonstop since launch and even have a second account. I have checked all tabs in my Gmail account and am really worried.

The FAQ page has directions for contacting support for Fan Fest questions. Sent an email this morning and still waiting on a reply, but it might be helpful if we don't get a response here.

I don't know, I wouldn't pay 30$ just for a rikku minion <,< if they made it around 15$ a lot more people would buy it i think, but then again its supposed to be rare... i honestly dont care about the minion, make a 15$ view / 30$view+minion ?
