I've been subbed since 1.0 and i received an email promptly, although it wasn't sent directly to my inbox like other SE emails, but a different tab. I had to click the "all mail" tab to find the email.

I just hope the livestream options aren't too expensive, I really want to get all three, but if they are like 60-100 dollars I might not.. I'm hoping its no more than 20$.

I bought all three last Fanfest and they are the same price for each one. I think last year the JP one might've been on Twitch, but I used my NicoNico account to watch it.

I've been subbed since the start of 2.0 and also attended the 2014 NA Fan Fest and I still have not received my code for pre sale tickets. :c

Edit: Just asked a friend who has only been subbed for a year, and he has his pre sale code already! D: I'm getting nervous.

Success! If you did not receive a fan fest code when you should have, contact support. Directions are in the FAQ section of the fan fest website. It took me a couple days for a reply, but they gave me a code!

Sorry to double post, but quick question about the tickets. The page says 135.00 plus taxes and fee's. I know the last time was 120.00 right. how much extra was taxes and fee's on those tickets. trying to make sure I have the right amount in the bank account for my sister and me a ticket.

they said in the livestream you could buy up to four tickets I believe. I'm buying for myself and my sis so same deal.
