Need help

A friend of mine is trying to add his bank card to his account so he can subscribe, but he cannot seem to find the page or whateve that will let him, could someone give me a link that will take him exactly where he needs to go please? Ive given him the links I know of, but one I gave has not worked, it was the Mog Station, which I was certain would work. So what WILL most assuredly work? Cause he wants to play and im trying hard to help.

All account management and payment stuff is through Mog Station. If you can't link him to it, tell him to go to the FFXIV website himself and click on the Mog Station button.

I did, but he said all he was getting was the option for Steam Options.

I sent him there, but its apparently not showing him the Add/Change sub option or something

He plays it through steam just like I do, but Im able to reach the Add/Change Subscription feature in the Mog Station, but he tells me that he was playing I think a trial and is wanting to upgrade his account.

Don't you have to actually buy the whole game, which will give you a serial number (i.e. your license) that will upgrade your service account to the full game, and only then, get to add game time?

I'm not sure about this, just throwing out ideas.
