PSA: How to get the Amazon promotion codes if you don't live in USA

I have just confirmed this and it totally works, buy digital games or digital currency codes from Amazon.com. No shipping required, you get the item you want right away. And almost immediately you'll get an email with a link help you redeeming the promotional items for FF14.

I just purchased Resident Evil REHD and xbox live gold 12 month in total of 55USD, and worked without a hitch.

WARNING!! You DON'T need to purchase more than 25USD worth of stuff, the promotional code provided by Amazon will have a code for EVERY item in the promotion, and they are account wide.

Hope this helps for anyone living outside of US and have NA Region accounts for FF14 and console/steam.

I've got an Australian friend who was in the states, and thought if he bought something off Amazon.com while here, and had it shipped to a US address, the codes would work for him. They did not. Unless your account is specifically an NA account, this promotion will not work for you. It doesn't matter what server your on, or where you buy from or ship to. If your account is not a North American account, you will not be able to redeem the codes.

Yes, that's stated in the restrictions section in the amazon promo listing.
"These item codes will only work on North American Square Enix accounts and will not work on accounts from a different region"
