Try this guide. I would recommend Pirarucu since iirc they are very easy to catch.
Fish are so common you're better off going with the lowest 3.0 fish you can get cheap, even a 1% rate, use food/pot and you'll level up fast and still cheaper than going out to fish an ARR fish nobody bothers to catch anymore.
That link posted is not very up to date especially for cul desynth. They boosted success rates a while ago so you should be able to start on them @ 70. lol @ ever suggesting emperor fish....while they're not *that* hard to catch (iirc 6-12 an hour) they were pretty valuable back then and now you'll end up getting .1's off those instead of 1.x's or 0.8ish off every 6th blueclaw shrimp and catch like 6-12 of those in a row. And desynth most of the other stuff you catch too.

I I could I would have done it
Ty for the tip DarkmoonVael
Will try to fish that fish![]()
NP its the easiest fish to catch and desynth at your level.
Once you get towards 170ish you will run into other problems (iirc its around 170, could potentially be earlier). So here best bet is Spring Urchins (need coerthas book), storm chases and then move onto nyctosaur. Its how i got to 220 CUL desynth, and when fishing for nyctosaur you get loads of stormchasers anyway![]()
