When will promotion hit EU?

So japan got the promo of the maid and chocobo first. and then USA just got it. now i live in NA but i have an EU account thanks to a blunder by my husband whos in eu :P what id like to know is when is EU and Aus getting the promotion? dont leave us ouuuut

We're getting it whenever someone remembers we exist. Probably in about 6 months.

United States is easy because you get something ilke Amazon and you're good to go for the country. With Japan oddly enough 7-Eleven has the most stores there, so that was it for them. Europe is a little different however. Would the Union be able to agree to saying Amazon is ok with all of Europe or would there be certain parts of the Union that wouldn't allow it?

If I'm not mistaken, it's because of how the European Union is setup that it requires more work to get the gears in motion. since what might work for some parts of the Union won't work for other which then leaves SE with two options.

-Only having certain EU accounts be eligible for the promotion while having to set up on their end to further segregate the type of EU account a person has

-Look around until they can find a group or groups willing to work under a unified idea to move the promotion along.

Though they could go about this different ways, have the promotion open to the EU SE store and EU SE sanctioned events to allow players the opportunity to get the special items or just add it as an extra promotion bonus of the 4.0 EU expansion.
