FPS issues after last maintenance

The game worked fine at 30+ fps but when i logged in after the maintenance it dropped to an 8, i don't know what wrong i cleaned the fan and lowered the settings but its still stuck at 8 fps.

Are you on a laptop that has dual graphics cards? If so possibly it's defaulting back to using the basic one so you get the lowered frame rate.

changed the default graphics card but still low fps

I'm getting the same issue on my surface pro 4. Used to have around 40fps on standard laptop settings. now I'm getting 7.

UPDATE: i just logged on again and its back to 30+ fps, i think it was a server problem.

I'm still getting FPS issues. Just little ones here and there and it's mostly during fights. Last night I did Void Ark and got major lag spikes during fights. It only started after the maintenance, though.
