Has anyone played around with this? I want to start making some crafting food for my server.

The old 1* macro will still work (2 buttons/all nq mats/no rng skill = no hasty touch). Also your stats would help me to try & make an improved macro & whether you're willing to use food e.g. hq seafood stew etc.
Old 1* macro (not made by me)
I guess the question now is, what's meant by improvement as I doubt (I've not tested yet) if a 1 button macro for it is possible.
I guess a possible improvement although would require higher stats, would be to see if we can get a similar macro to this but doesn't require food. I'll also look into this at some point too.

I will post my stats once I get the blue scrip culinarian gear.. should be getting tomorrow.
If you aim for the blue script stuff i would have advic to go for the carbone stuff instead which allow CP melding
Which is...
The main stat for a crafter
@Tayler great, will write down this rotation and try it
Looks awesome to farm 1* food
Thanks à lot !
Edit : after writing it down... i would like to ask why is the innovation so late in the craft ? It can be put right after ingeniosity II to boost the basic touch then will still work for the BB (the gain is minor 200 quality point but well... i just want to ask)

Innov being late usually is to prevent a Poor Byregot's Blessing. You either take the good/excellent or you Innov.
You are correct, it was because of that. I just replicated the macro I've been using into the sim but missed Byregot's brow when I did. I originally had precise touches in the macro too for increased reliability but took them out when I posted as it would mess with the rotation results.
This is what the original macro looked like
It's missing 2 precise touches as I wanted it to be on 2 buttons & also wanted it to echo

Ok with the byregot's brow i do get the concept
And yeah you put double précise/basic in case of good/excel
Ok ok
Might keep the first one because it's easier XD
And if I get a poor well... life is life ! Most of the time I still HQ it so...
i've spent a little time looking into this. found that at about 1065 total craftsmanship you can complete 1-star with name and two brands. i can reach this, but only on my specs, with baked onion soup. raises a potential good use for emerald soup.
so leads me to something like..
certainly nothing fancy but hard to argue with 18 steps. not having much luck finding anything shorter than this.
if your crafts is high enough to pull this off with emerald soup but you're not hitting 100% quality then selecting a single HQ recipe component would probably get you there. might be worth the trouble for a faster sequence. but definitely simpler to hit 100% quality with a pair of advanced touches after manipulation if you're doing this with baked onion soup.

i think this is what i'll do going forward for 1 stars.
19 steps. stats easily reached in ironworks regardless how well you melded. toss in a comfort zone if your CP is short.
