Amazon DLC Promotion Question

I didn't know where to post this so I figured here would be alright. I just wanted to know how someone who plays in Canada can get the promotion. We have to used Amazon.ca and we can't use Amazon.com as it won't let us order from there unless we live in the US. The website says Promotion works for North American accounts and Canada is part of North America. So is there something I'm missing?

Something similiar for those, like me, who lives on South America. I really want the Maid Outfit, White Fat Chocobo and the others stuffs, but I can't participate cause my account is only South America cause I pay my subscription via Steam, so I can pay with my country currency.
I hope that comes to Mogstation so, we South Americans, and you, Canadians, can get those stuffs. Same goes to EU players that don't know if they will get this itens someday

Don’t forget the Europeans and people in Australia (and other places) that can’t buy it! SE really need to do something about this, because so many people are getting the short end of the stick with these promotions. The simplest way to fix this would be to put it all on the mogstation.

Yep this is pretty annoying, it's the same with the asian promotions like the China one.
You are really screwing over some regions with this stuff, not cool.

I play in Canada and got the promotion

You just have to use amazon.com instead of amazon.ca and look which games apply. Just be careful of the newer games, some have hefty duty fees.

You just have to find something that has the sold and shipped by amazon tag and the comment about the promotion below.

And when they put for Europeans, the Australians will stay in the same situation as South America (and others) are now with NA.
They can put on mogstation will be money to them cause they know people will pay for it.

When some stuffs goes to China we know that someday we will get via craft (like the High House Dress) or via Mogstation (like the Panda and Blue Bird), so will not hurt them to put on Mogstation.

NP getting promotion in Canada, there are some games/items that ship here from amazon.com and are part of this promotion, be sure to check the ad an make sure you see the promotion offered!

it was down to who you put your region to in the square enix when you made your account. so any one smart enough to make it in the Japanese or American (NA) region could get these items. I do not understand why they did not just make it a world wide thing. The fact that is has been put to these regions only is a bit unfair for the rest of the world. I mean do you have some thing against us? You sure do like to take our money for playing but wont offer the same deal to the rest of the world is a bit far fetched. There is an amazone.com.au along with many other regions, why could it not just have been if you buy from amazon (regardless of region) you can get these great gifts! ?
