A Qiqirn Always Pays His Debts, the Post Moogle quest, appears to be broken. I see that Bango Zango is marked on the map, but his model lacks any indication or option to give him the letter to progress the quest. I submitted a report in-game and got a generic copy-pasted "check the forums" message back.

I cannot proceed with this quest-line without finishing this.
