Many people who want the moogle items to stay exclusive may be the same people begging for region/gender locked gear lol.

It seems like a good way to push cash shop sales during Fan Fest to me. Discount all of the bigger items on the cash shop and run the moogle suit as a promotional item. On the other hand, they could just be lazy and give them out again to Fan Fest attendees and those who purchase the stream coverage.

I think this item isn't like many other items that have been given out. It was specifically linked to paying for stream coverage, or attending an event. It should have some degree of exclusivity, but if they are giving something else out this year, it is fair game.

I really only want the helm... Regardless, it should be implemented in the game in some manner at this point.
