These words are the bane of every competitive activity/sport/spirit and just leads to mediocrity which frankly makes whatever you are competing at not even worth participating in.

There is some evidences that tends to point out that the system was effectively abused to achieve a boost.

What i notice is that both side ask for GM/SE investigation on this case.
If he/she is guilty, it sounds like "let's rely on an official argument, they barely act anyways" to me.

Regarding what? They never announce disciplinary actions regarding specific players. If they do anything you will know when they no longer appear in the rankings.

Well it's clear, if you look at the ranking boards, that no action has been taken. That very fact contradicts the official statement SE made that is stickied at the top of this forum. This essentially means that SE is passively saying that it is ok to cheat, as they won't do anything about it. It is plainly obvious to anyone with any fraction of a functioning brain that those screenshotted by the OP are guilty of some sort of cheating. Those point gains and win perecentages are not natural in the slightest.
