I bought the US moogle outfit promomtion thingy during the FanFest and my code worked on my EU account, I am a little curious if this promotion will be the same.

Sorry for the double post, I'd also like to say that if something is in the Video Game section of Amazon and worth 19.99 USD or more but doesn't have the promotion listed, if you order and contact support, they can validate it for you and make sure you get a code for that purchase. I did this myself with the first order I made and they assured me a code would be coming. (Then after that I caved and ordered Sun!)

FFFUUUUUU wish I knew about this, lol. There was a nice headset I was eyeing pretty good but it didn't have the dang promotion on it. Ended up settling for some Turtle Beaches, which aint bad, was a bit more than the other ones but this pair was still solid.

After making sure everything was in order with a rep, I pre-ordered Pokémon Moon (it will ship to Canada) and received my code by email instantly. I'm still a bit disappointed that amazon.ca isn't in on the promotion but eh :/

Uff, so many people getting their codes instantly and I ordered yesterday morning and still haven't received them. Rep said I would receive them today, but why are mine on hold if the codes are clearly already ready and going out to people? DDD;

Same here, I ordered a game yesterday which had the promo listed. It shipped last night and still no promo code. I'll wait till tomorrow then contact their support if I haven't received anything.

Email Amazon and they will send you the code. There was a issue with the early orders and the codes didn't go out. This happened to me, I emailed them and had the code within the hour from a helpful rep.

Unfortunately this all depends on the rep you get. I spoke via chat to a rep yesterday and even through they were very polite, they pretty much told me that I needed to wait the 2 days.

Same. And then I cancelled my order, re-ordered and got my codes in under a minute.
