Oh well, guess I will have a chat with a representative, if that failed I will Cancel and try to order again to see if it work.
Early morning orders appears to not have had a working automated code distribution whereas current orders do. Depending on the rep you talk to, you may be told to just wait. Cancelling and re-ordering is probably faster and will get you the code immediately.
