Does anyone know if buying a physical copy of Heavensward would count? I want to buy one for my boyfriend who is about to start playing.

That's the expansion only and is exactly the right price. The ps4 one counts towards it too, however it's less than $19.99 so you'd have to buy more products that qualify.
