Promotion is up on Amazon

I have a question about this, hopefully someone can answer it for me.

Ok so I am wanting to buy a game, it should qualify for the promotion, and it is sold and shipped by Amazon itself.

My query is though, when I'm on the game page, under the special offers and promotions section the promotion isn't there BUT, my guess is because the one on the main page of the game isn't the one listed by Amazon themselves, but someone else. I did actually go into the list and picked the one being sold by Amazon themselves, and when I make to the check out page I see under "Order Total: $____" I'm hoping this is what I need to see at the Place Order page in order to receive the code, if anyone can confirm this for me that has already placed an order, I'd greatly appreciate it. ^.^

I also deleted the original item I was going for and added random things without the Promotion text on the product page itself but more than the $19.99 threshold just to see if that text would still appear on the checkout page to test it (these items not sold by Amazon). It did not.
