Still no news for EU and AUS, what is SE doing? I was hoping that we would get it the same time as NA, but I fear SE is going to be SE and give us our promotion in a month or 3.

So are you suppose to get the codes after you get your purchase?

They claim they will send codes after your item ships. May take up to 2 days.
How this works for preorders, I don't know.
EDIT: Someone posted this on Reddit for anyone interested,
I just contacted (and got transferred around a total of 5 times in the process) Amazon support to get all the details about what is and is not eligible for the promotion.
Digital games or game items (PSN cards, XIV timecards, etc) ARE NOT eligible, since according to Amazon these are not actually sold and "shipped" by Amazon.
Physical games ARE eligible as these are actually sold and shipped by Amazon.
Physical pre-orders SHOULD be eligible, for the same reason listed above for regular physical games. We'll probably have to see if this actually works, but I did notice a lot of pre-order only games have the promotion on their page.
Hopefully this helps people in choosing what to buy. I will personally be pre-ordering World of FF and and also ordering a regular physical 3DS game or something.

I found that too. It's basically a scratch card with a code on it.
I was hoping digital would work since I live in SEA. But I guess I'm out of luck xD
grats to all those getting it.![]()
Thanks for posting this about the card. I couldn't find anything I legitimately wanted and this worked out nicely for any possible future e-shop purchases.![]()
