• Ixion
• Valefor
• Adam (from XIII-2)
• Amateratsu
• The Lunar versions of the Primals

Summons I don't think would work as Primals

• The Espers: Mainly because Void Ark threw that outta the water. (And I don't really count Belias-egi as proof that they are primals when we do not even know how Voidsent work.) And then there's Zodiark.
• Fenrir, Diabolos, Siren, Midgardsomnr, etc for obvious reasons
• Anima. due to the weapons

Considering Phlegethon is Titan from FF3 with a new name, I don't see why Anima couldn't be given a new name.

That could be fun... or have the team split in half at some point and have to fight a section each. Maybe each half-team has to do something their side to allow the other side to then do something else.

Just my personal preference, but I like stuff like this where people have to break off, like quarantine in A4S and the jails in A7S. Adds a bit of personal responsibility, having my "own" specific mechanic to handle
