Fractal issues with FF14 ?

Hello!

I have several issues with the game that only arose recently,

When I am in a dungeon or when I am anywhere on the map, it works fine, smoothly, nothing to declare. But when I am in Gridania's markets, or Limsa's market, I am starting to have bugs where I cannot see any writings or scripts and my screen starts to have some sort of fractal problems. This problem also happened today while I was in Void ark, resulting in me not knowing the boss's spells and my CD's

This problem only happens when looking at a certain angle, too. In the markets, I usually get away from looking directly above my character, but in Void ark, I can hardly do the same and still be efficient:

That is very strange. If you haven't recently upgraded graphics drivers or anything like that or your graphics card isn't full of cat hair causing it to overheat I would try a clean install of FFXIV
