I180 offhands still cost red scrips, intentional?

I was trying to figure out if this was a bug.
They reduced the cost of everything else to blue scrips, but left out the 180 offhands, which still cost 26 red scrips each.

No red script is correct
Because it was said in live letter that off hand and accesories won't come before 3.4 patch
And the cost réduction from red to blue only come with the new tier

And just for advice try to aim for a crafted one which is now insanely cheaper than the red script one

The offhand and accessories only became available some patches later than the "blue gear" so it sort of makes sense their price reduction comes later too.
