Whiskey's Guide to Mining Gatherer's Red Scrips (patch 3.3) and Botanist's too

Before patch 3.3 the best way to farm Red Scripts for Miners was Adamantite Ore. But ever show up at the node and see this:





Well worry no more! Patch 3.3 SE added Eventide Jade in every single node in each area where it is found (4 areas now) and boosted the red scrips per jade to 10 each!

Wait you say, "but isn't that less than the amount scrips I get if I collect 2 from Adamantite?"

No! This is the best part, one out of the 6 Jade nodes in the circuit is +1 gathering attempts!

Basically you can farm 3 Eventide Jades with 450+ collectibility each time you do the gathering circuit so long as you are chugging Cordial each circuit (thank goodness I can make that stuff now). And the cordial cool down is around the same time as it takes the circuit to respawn which is around 4 minutes, waaaaaayyyyy faster than waiting for Adamantite to spawn!

I did this circuit in Dravanian Hinterlands recently and it worked like a hot damn using the Get 2 Collectible Rotation!

I maxed out my red scrips for the week in about an hours work, no line ups, no waiting!

FYI, this works for Chysahl Green too!

Chysahl green and adamantite can also get +1 and +2 gathering attempt

Last time I got 2 proc and a +2 resulting on 6 adamantite ore in one go

But I like trying to adjust my camera angle to be able to right click on the Adamantite node, only to have some else run in at the last moment and make my character stare at them disappointedly while I wonder in confusion why the gathering interface hasn't opened!

In seriousness, good tip! I'll still be camp-farming Adamantite (thank ARM and BSM for that necessity), but this provides a good alternative way to get my 450 red scrips a week.

This is what I have been doing for a while now. I have all the folklore books open so I do other things while waiting for that 5 am or 5 pm like grab meteorite and sap AMIRITE!
