You can get:

• Lore Gear: ilvl 230, upgradeable to 240 with weekly Mhach-Drop, hunts or savage raid.
  Bought with Lore Tomes which you can get up to 450 per week.
  As a MNK the helm and boots (both 495 tomes i think) are a good choice to begin with.
  
• Midas Normal: The 2nd Tier of Alexander, you have to beat the 1st one (Gordias) before. Gives rolebased ilvl 220 gear.
  There are 4 stages (mostly called M1-M4 or A5-A8) and you can get certain drops, which can be exchanged in Idyllshire.
  
  Fist of the Son (A5):
  1x Tarnished Midan Bolt = 1x Accessories
  2x Tarnished Midan Pedal = 1x Feet
  1x Tarnished Midan Chain = 1x Waist
  
  Cuff of the Son (A6)
  1x Tarnished Midan Bolt = 1 x Accessories
  2x Tarnished Midan Pedal = 1x Feet
  2x Tarnished Midan Lens = 1x Head
  
  Arm of the Son (A7)
  2x Tarnished Midan Crank = 1x Hands
  4x Tarnished Midan Spring = 1x Legs
  2x Tarnished Midan Lens = 1x Head
  
  Burden of the Son (A8)
  2x Tarnished Midan Crank = 1x Hands
  4x Tarnished Midan Spring = 1x Legs
  4x Tarnished Midan Shaft = 1x Body
  
• Crafted gear, ilvl 220, up to 5 Materia instead of only 2
  Can be bought from market board or (better) from crafterfriends. Only worth it, if crafted in HQ (nq is trash).
  
• City of Mhach.
  You can get 1 drop ilvl 230 per week and an upgrade item for the lore gear mentioned above.
  
• Dungeon Gear of new ex dungeons, ilvl 215
  
• Weapons:
  1. Lore Weapon: ilvl 230, 7x weekly A8 drop (gear) + 10*100 Lore (have to buy 10 tokens á 100 lore)
  
  2. Primal weapons: Only Sephirot (ilvl 220) and Niddhog (ilvl 235) are relevant now, weapons are dropped or can be bought after 10 clears. Need some time to clear it.
  
  3. Relic Weapon: ilvl 200-240. A lot of steps with a lot to do.. first fate farming, then thousands of poetics and esoterics and certain daily activities, weekly Crystal Tower quest and Esoterics again. Goes up to 240, but if you start now (casually) you may need a few months for that one.
  
  
• Also there is Midas savage which drops ilvl240 gear, ilvl245 weapon and Tokens to buy those things. But this content is the hardest one in the game.
