Thread: 3.3 Sidequest bug

Started occurring yesterday, June 12th, and though I do not remember what the exact time was, it was sometime during the afternoon in Eastern time. Today, at around 6pm Eastern time, I abandoned the quest, reset the client, and retook the quest from Marcechamp, and it was about 6:30pm by the time I arrived at the palace in Ul'dah.

Frequency:
Always. I have closed the client, reopened it and tried to play through this cutscene several times yesterday before abandoning the quest, and again several times today before filing the report.

Area and Coordinates:
At around x11, y11, at the Royal Promenade in front of the Fragrant Chamber, at the base of the black-and-gold carpeted stairs leading up to it.

Steps:
- This bug happens during the quest "The Legacies We Leave", when I click on the Destination at x11, y11 at the Ul'dah palace, at the Royal Promenade. It doesn't happen right away, but rather happens when the cutscene switches locations with a loading screen after first talking to Nanamo and having her ask me to follow her elsewhere.
- On that new loading screen, instead of running after Nanamo on the red carpet, I am instead running in place on the uncarpeted stone next to the carpet, right up against the wall. The only sound that plays is of my footsteps continually running in place. Nanamo has her back towards me and nothing at all is happening, no chat box for her is popping up, and no error pops up on my end either. When I try to exit the cutscene, I click Yes, and the screen becomes black with a loading icon in the bottom right corner, but it never gets out of the cutscene at all, even if I wait for over 10 minutes, and still does not show any error message.

I should mention that this is the only cutscene with which I've experienced any problems whatsoever, so I do not believe that the issue is with my computer. Rather, there must be something wrong with that specific cutscene that is causing it to bug at that place. Also, I do not want to skip the cutscene because I heard from a friend that it is not rewatchable.

As an aside, it would be great if in the future, you could make all cutscenes rewatchable in the game, especially for an important quest like this. For the new raid, there is also a cutscene between Caith Sith and Leofard, immediately after we exit the raid, that is not rewatchable either.
