    Idea for Commendations

With how painful it can be with all the esoteric/poe grinding, it would be great to implement a useful feature to commendations. I don't have a lot of time to dungeon grind, but I do usually like to help others and offer friendly help/advice. Most people who are more persistent with their grind usually become grouchy or on the edge, offering little patience when a dungeon group is slow or progress is at a halt with wipes/afks.

    The idea!

If commendations could be turned into some sort of currency or item exchange, or perhaps an item added to inventory for every commendation received? said item/commendation could be exchanged for 10~20 poe/eso/lore etc. I'm confidant that not only would it help out the heavy grinding in a great way, but because of the boost in grinding and the incentive for the boost, it will improve people's attitude overall.

Also: maybe guarantee a free token of said item for Adventurers in Need?

I am a HUGE advocate of this. It will encourage good "Sportsmanlike" conduct while playing in dungeons and overall help the community. And, as much as I like a fat parade chocobo, commendations don't do a damn thing for anybody at this time. So it encourages a use for them as well.

While I think you have a good idea, and I like it very much, I feel like this won't really change how people act. It would have to be a much bigger incentive for people to want to go above and beyond if you're trying to change peoples minds.
