    Had a bit of unpleasant business come up in the game and GM Elrisivana was so professional and polite! I never look forward to using the report function, but I appreciate how the GMs handle it each time.

    Indeed! I had the good fortune of getting Elrisivana as the GM responding to a report today. She did a great job of showing that she totally understood the situation and would do her best to ensure it was taken care of. =)
