Suggestion: Excess Lore converted into Esoterics?

With the latest content, I found myself capped on Lore in less than a day without even trying. Since then, I've ran oodles of content only to see "You cannot obtain any more Tomestones of Lore this week" again and again. Probably had 2 weeks worth of lore gone to "waste" so far, and so I thought, instead of being bombarded with an error message, why not just give us esoterics instead?

It doesn't even have to be 1:1, maybe have 50% of the lore you would have gained given as esoterics?

There's so much lore giving content now it's incredibly easy/quick to cap without trying, putting any excess to waste, yet there's always use for more esoterics, especially considering the absurd amount of umbrite needed for the current relic stage.

Would be nice, but this has happened every time with tomes and they've never offered a conversion before, so not sure why they would start now. But we can always hope...

They could do that. Earning still capped to 450 though to halt progression so you'd still get the error message after converting some to Eso, just like if you spent the lore on lore gear. But when I don't want any lore gear, an Eso conversion is an option I'd likely use.
