Hello ^^. I've heard from other players that if you complete the synth of the items that Maddeline quests then the game will not freeze so you may wish to try this. Also, if a Toadskin Jacket is what you have to synth, then here is the recepie as listed on FFXIVPro: Toad Leather (x2), Aldgoat Leather (x1), Diremite Sinew (x1), Earth Shard (x6), and Wind Shard (x3).
