    Airship Docks Exit Suggestion: Please Please Please

    When the person asks us if we would like to exit the airship docks the two possible responses are 1. No and 2. Yes.

    Please change it to be 1. Yes and 2. No.

    It annoys me when I get click happy and then find out that I haven't been let out of the gate.

    On top of the fact, it just makes sense. I wouldn't be talking to the gate worker if I didn't want out of the gate. The more likely of the two responses being "yes", please change the list order to reflect it.

    I agree. I always get caught in a loop of saying "No." It's really annoying and it seems like an easy enough fix.

    Better yet, why on earth don't we just exit to outside the gate all together? Have it be part of the cutscene that we walk off the ship and walk through the exit, looking and nodding at the attendant. They at least should swap them though XD

    On a semi-related note, have you guys noticed they seem to have the npc responses backwards? When you say no (which is usually an accident), you stay in the same area and the npc tells you something along the lines of "thank you for flying with us". I believe this is what they are suppose to say when you are actually choosing to depart (yes selection). However, when you choose yes to depart, the npc says nothing (which I would expect them to do when you say no, as that is basically canceling your selection to leave).

    Considering we're now boarded onto the airship automatically once it arrives, you wouldn't have much time to shop or dawdle. Then I'd love to at least be able to buy some duty-free souvenir at the destination airport.

    Well they could simply put them NEAR the airship dock, yknow, before the counter? XD Don't have to get rid of the merchant, just move him!

    I also agree with the original poster, this is probably my biggest annoyance in the game at the moment considering how many times I ride the airship a day.

    Everytime I go through it I ask myself "why would I not want to exit? Let me out already."

    I'm guessing it has something to do with the programming or the way the airship dock is laid out but it would be preferable to be able to just leave without being asked. What's the big deal about leaving the airship area anyway. If you want to ride the airship you need to buy a ticket. If you don't have a ticket why not just let players enter or exit the area at their own leisure. Maybe someone can explain to me the reason.

    Concerning the order of option 1) no 2) yes, it just makes more sense to put "YES" first. The ferry docks have "YES" first, and I think this element should be consistent throughout the game. To put "NO" first for that one person out of a thousand who will exit by mistake while making everyone else choose the second option seems counter intuitive.

    But, all in all, a very small annoyance considering the vast amount of changes that are awesome and well done. I'm just grateful to have the airships. So keep up the great work FFXIV team! You're doing a great job.
