Thread: Grit queueing strangely in 3.3?

So.. yesterday i decided i wanted to re-learn DRK after a controller setup change right when Dark Art's CD was changed threw me off of it for a long while, and.. It feels like Grit isnt queueing like other GCD skills would. Only about half the time does it actually drop if pressed before the GCD is up, unliks shield oath or any other GCD skill ive tried. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hmm, now that someone mentions it, I did notice this last night in A7S. I'd toggle Grit off and go to hit Blood Weapon and it'd still be grayed out, and I'd have to go hit Grit again, something that normally almost never happens to me. I assumed it was just a random packet loss or latency. I'm not sure honestly.

Might be a delay. I'll have to look into it later to see if the same thing happens to me.

Same thing's happened to me a few times now.

Yeah I've tried it as well and see it sometimes isn't responsive and won't fall off sometimes. Disconcerting.

I pretty much have to ensure I haven't clicked anything else for a second and a half prior trying to drop Grit for it to actually fall off. At best I can get away with a single oGCD. Spamming the key doesn't seem to help at all as long as there's anything else in queue.

Been noticing the same thing with Ninja mudras, but less so.

Noticed this last night. Was doing unsycn'd runs of Ramuh Ex to help a friend get the pony, and I couldn't drop Grit. Had to push the button 3 times to get it to finally fall off. I thought maybe I was just lagging, but now that I see this thread, I'm wondering if something was glitched in the last patch.

Yes, Grit is sticky since patch.

The macro for Salted Earth feels disgusting. You absolutely can't spam it like before, instead you have to use it mid-way after using GCD or you won't be able to lay it down which drove me insane.
