Stuck getting error 2002. with router firewall on, if I turn the firewall off I'm able to connect. Now, you can see where the problem lies lol. Contacted Comcast about it and they said it's on the data center's side, as I explained all the games I'm able to play. This has only happened on FF14 data centers in all the MMORPG and Steam games I've played.

Sent an email, got a reply back explaining port forwarding -- and followed the steps.

Don't know what to do -- just came back to the game at the start of the week and haven't played for days because I'm not leaving my firewall off to play.

I tried requesting a refund (as I just came back earlier this week and haven't played), but they replied to my request with a step on how I might be able to play (which isn't bad, it just isn't working)

Called Comcast again today, but it just isn't happening. I've been transferred to so many people who all say different things. I'm just trying to play the game -- there shouldn't be this much work just to play. I just want a refund at this point. It's not worth the hassle.
