You only need 474 CP, so you can give up one CP IV if needed. And while that build meets Craftsmanship, it's a bit low on the Control which needs 1018 to hit 100% HQ (my 988 control was without food). Should work fine with just one HQ mat though.

And after using these stats for a while, I'm loving what I can do! I can 100% HQ 1-stars with no food and no HQ mats. I can 100% 2-stars with no HQ mats, and 100% even 3 and 3.5-star with just one HQ mat going in as long as I get 2 goods during Maker's Mark (or use 2 Hasty Touches if I get no goods). Goodbye RNG!
