So healers are worried about not having variety in DPS, or having a lot of down time, or not being able to dps a lot etc etc. Some ideas I heard, was more healing checks, you could easily out gear that.
So here is my idea. Thanks to a random memory in FF7, they should have content where there is a phase that healers do damage with healing spells to enemies.
Have a mechanic in a raid where the healers now cause damage to enemies when they cast healing spells, the DPS have to do a specific mechanic that heals the party or themselves. Then flip it again and have a regular healing check. Have raise insta kill things at a certain point, or whatever.
Lore wise, I guess it makes sense? The light is strong in the first, so if you encounter a dark aspected whatever, healing (light aspected) then becomes damaging.
