If you can reach the 870/835 requirement, It's easy to make and gives to you a bit of everything. The thing is that because it already gives you a bit of everything and probably just enough Craft and Control to make your minimums, you can start replacing a lot of your melds with CP depending on the rotation you use.

Anyone have an opinion on this?

With CP's generally low cap (4 or 8 added to any given piece) you should be melding for it in any event. It is the most important stat in crafting, as it is what allows you to take many/most of the actions you do in any given crafting session.

I used said soup for 2 of my i190 set - the Craft/Control boost is insane (I was two CSII's of to finish the craft after the FS phase). But the lack of CP makes it hard in case you fail hastys
