Unable to download patch files [30413][25008][20495]

Fiancee tried to a reinstall from a clean client on her laptop, thinking the server errors were a glitched launcher, so it's trying to start from scratch including a HW install. But no luck finishing it.

Tried everything now.

changing the boot file 0 to 1 trick.
restarting modem router and computer
uninstalling whole game, deleting files from my games, clean client download.

Nothing is working.

And every time it will download fine for a stretch, get the error message. then despite multiple attempts it will always stop at 477 MB downloaded without fail.

Beginning to really tick me off.

Right, gone so far as to copy my entire (my games) folder from my PC to hers with the updated client now, and it's still god damn crashing at 477.

Don't feel like fighting this with my entire day off or having to resort to DNS switching or port forwarding for a <bleeping> game SE.

Why can't you get this crap fixed, seems like it happens to people every major patch if reddit and the forums are any indication too.

It was downloading fast at one point was at 1.3mb/s then went back down to 0.02kb/s. But then it showed the same error your having at 600mb.

DMZ checked on router: Nope
another clean install after both of these? and nope

If any devs are listening, you're about to lose two accounts over this crap.

Right, so it took taking my 14 that was fully patched and overwriting the copy my fiancee had on her computer, but at least it fixed the issue, was able to get her logged in.

Still, no thanks to that worthless piece of crap patcher

I'm having these exact same problems, at the same 477 MB point.

Is that where the Heavensward installation begins during the entire download?

If so, is there a torrent out there with the entire installation disc? I don't have a disc drive on my computer, but if installing base Heavensward gets past that glitched point, maybe the rest will work?

Also, I don't have another PC with an installation to copy from . . .

Still the same for me 541MB remaining after reinstalling and downloading all but that last little bit. No other comp to copy from for me also. I have put in a ticket with SE. Ultimately I am on the verge of walking away from the game.

exact same problem, the download interrupted at 476 MB

FYI, this is the list of things i've tried to do to fix this:

-restarting ps4
-restarting router
-rebuilding ps4 database
-reinstalling the game 2 TIMES
(Trying digital download & install via bluray)
-downloading the patch via different ISP

NOTHING WORKS.

Tonight is my raid schedule and the rest of my static is waiting for me. If this still havent resolved by 2-3 days i might get kicked from the static. Maybe some of you knows how hard it is to get into a static nowadays, especially i'm playing in masamune where english community is minority here
