    Patch Failed Macintosh Error

    Hi there everyone.

    I've been trying to help a friend install this game on her Mac for about 12 hours and we are out of ideas.

    Long story short, she has the newest OS (capitone or something) and she purchased the game today, but everytime she downloads it, it only gets so far and it says "Patch Failed".

    She has disabled firewall and anti-virus and still we are having no luck.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
