Connection drop = Failed Leve

I have seen other posts about this. I have not played regularly but this has been a problem since launch. My ISP is Bellsouth. I have a wireless DSL connection. I can tell you all other information is irrelevant. The router is on my desk so I can see whenever my connection drops and reconnects. Sometimes I don't lose the connection, I just wait out the R0 and come back. Most of the time though, I get the connection lost error, and have to exit the entire game to log back in. Every time I have lost connection during a leve, I log back in to find that I have failed it.

Does this happen with everyone who disconnects or is it only for certain types of connections? I'd like to know why I FAIL a leve, leaving me two options: using a leve "allowance", or if that isn't possible, waiting 12 hours for another chance. If this happens consecutively during each leve, I just can't do leves for that amount of time. My leve timer did not expire, and I did not die; I simply lost a connection during a leve. Please tell me if this is working as intended and give some insight into the problem and the solution.

I apologize for the constant trouble and annoyance failing a leve on disconnect has been causing. It has been reported to us multiple times before and the concern is heard.
