Game Window Configuration won't stay

Ever since patch 3.3 came out, my game window/screen mode will not stay the way I configured. The options says it's "Borderless Windowed", but each time I open the game, the game is "Windowed". It's just a small thing, but it's bugging me a lot since it means I have to re-set the screen mode each time I open the game.
Everything else, as far as I know, is the same and hasn't been affected.

Siren (since that's where I play most of the time. But since it's a whole game-window related, I'm sure the world doesn't matter)

FFXIV will not launch into borderless windowed and will instead launch into windowed mode. Must switch settings every time the game is launched.
