You EU people do realize that NA is two countries, well three if you count Mexico as being NA and not Central. That makes it easier to sets up deals vs the many countries EU is made up of, each with their own promotion laws.

I hate that they advertise this as NA, but it's only Amazon.com. It's as if North America was US-only, when Canada is right there too. But we use amazon.ca.

The promotion will likely carry over to the Canadian equivalent. If not, Amazon.com ships to Canada without additional shipping charges (in most cases). You can also simply order a time card and have the code emailed to you.
