Spiritbonding i170 Gear

I'm looking to spiritbond some i170 gear to build up my materia stockpile and hopefully get some grade V materia. Are there any particularly good and efficient recipes to use for this?

I SB'd a bunch of 180 accessories using Lumythrite sand. Quick-synthed nuggets 99 at a time, made 320 nuggets total if I recall correctly to get to 100%. Relatively painless, most of the time spent was in gathering the mats but if they are cheap just buy them. I think Beastkin Horn crafted into needles or powder is another option.

Has anyone tested converting the i190 Ironworks gear yet? If its guarenteed Tier V materia it may be worth it to break those down.

I doubt the i190 will be much better than the i170 for T5 Materia. Somewhat better, sure - but not 100% chance better.
