    Each 12 hours there are new leves. If you don't get a Level 40 leve for weaver, wait 12 hours.
    Today I made the same level 40 weaver leve in gridania 6 times in 1 hour.

    Not entirely true. My secondary character has not been able to get a level 40 Weaver quest for the last 18 hours. Will try again in 20 minutes. Still doesn't answer the questions of why 1 can and 1 can't. I should at least be able to find 1 or 2 quest in at leaqst 1 city. At least explain to me why this is so.
