Best way to spend red script tokens?

I messed up as seen Augmented gear and oh shinied...
I should have saved red scripts for my offhand instead of upgrading the pants i believe

If you don't have stashed up Rowena Red scrip tokens, as of the moment it might be better to get crafted of hand. The materials for them are still behind gathering favors, but now the favors need blue scrips instead so they are reasonably easy to acquire.
