    [WINDOWS 8] Error 2002 Lobby server has encountered a problem [Patch 3.3]

    So for the last 3 days I have been unable to play the game due to the error mentioned in the title. I am currently on a Rogers ISP and its not just one data server. It's all data servers for me. And to top it off this only happend AFTER downloading the latest patch is the false hopes of being able to play with my FC. Before hand I could jump on with absolutely no issues.

    I've tried re-downloading the game, chat "support" and I sent in an email last night. At this point I'd be happy with an automated response email from them letting me know that they are looking into it. But I haven't even seen head, nor tail of their support reaching out and letting me know anything. So I am turning to the support forums in the hopes that someone could be having the same issues as myself and we could be a louder voice then just myself or even if someone has found out the Exact route of this issue so I can resolve it and give nighogg the what for.

    [UPDATE] I have received an email at about 12:00PM EST stating that they have received my ticket and I will get notified of any response in about 2 business days (48 Hours). But considering I sent the ticket at 9:30PM yesterday EST my time, I expect an email on Wednesday more then likely.

    [UPDATE 2] So after latest Hotfix I still am unable to get on with my Rogers ISP... Yet is can log on through MY PHONE THROUGH IT''S HOTSPOT MODE.... Also they had the gull to send me a Customer service Survey for customer service they nevre even rendered to me. So I'm going to fill out the survey and voice my "Satisfaction". Maybe that will get me the service i require.
