Giving up a small plot

I have a small plot with a FC house that I no longer need. I was wanting to donate it to a friend. Since the FC is no longer active, what would be the easiest way to allow them to take over the land, and disassociate the FC name from the plot?

you have to relinquish it and they have to repurchase the land. That is the only way unless they want your FC

If you let them take over the FC, they don't have to buy the plot or the house (or all the furnishings that can't be picked up without being destroyed) plus they get access to the workshop (which is only something you can access with an fc owned house). But if they just want it for a private plot you'll have to obliterate the house while they're there and then they can purchase the plot and start from scratch.

You can change the name of FCs now, if they wanted to keep it as an fc house.
